As Senior Vice President of Global Delivery & Support at Grass Valley, Jim is responsible for GV’s solution deployment and in-life support activities globally, defining the company’s customer engagement strategy, driving revenue growth through strategic customer relationships.

Jim has worked in the media and entertainment space for over 25 years, firstly with OmniBus Systems and Miranda technologies with responsibilities for Pre-Sales in EMEA and then at Grass Valley as part of the Playout leadership team running Global Pre-Sales, Service and Support.

Within GV, Jim has established an exceptional Delivery and Support team, using his innovative ideas, to provide engineering excellence and best in class support for the good of our customers and Grass Valley.

Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Nottingham Trent University, UK.
