As Chief Strategy Officer, Stephanie is responsible for developing, communicating and executing Grass Valley’s strategy and spearheading the strategic project management office toward the successful execution of our multiyear plan.

She is recognized by her peers as a positive and action oriented leader, serving as a member of leadership teams in operations for the past 10 years. She is an accomplished product development and software development professional with extensive experience in an array of industries.

Stephanie comes to Grass Valley from WorkJam, where she most recently served as the organization’s VP for Product Innovation. Prior to that role, she served as WorkJam’s VP for Development & Product.

From the Université de Sherbrooke she holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, as well as a Master of Applied Sciences in Mechanical Engineering (fluid dynamics). Stephanie also holds a Master's degree in Project Management from UQAM – Université du Québec à Montréal.
